3. Quote Requests and Estimates
Submitting a quote request through our Site does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A quote request is simply a request for information. No contract for services exists until both parties have signed a written project agreement or estimate.
All estimates are free and provided without obligation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Ohio Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (ORC § 1345) or any other applicable Ohio consumer protection statute. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory Ohio consumer protection law, the Ohio law provision shall prevail.
For complaints regarding home improvement contractors in Ohio, you may contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office at 1-800-282-0515 or the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board.
14. Construction Contract Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website only. The terms governing actual concrete contracting work, including scope of work, payment terms, timelines, warranties, and liability, are set forth in separate written project agreements provided on a per-project basis.
In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement shall control with respect to the scope and performance of concrete work.
Under Ohio law (ORC § 2305.131), the statute of repose for construction-related claims is 10 years from substantial completion. The statute of limitations for breach of written contract in Ohio is 8 years (ORC § 2305.06).
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Ohio, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Concrete Contractors Dayton regarding your use of the Site. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding the Site.
